We skied all day, then took a lekker dip in the heated outdoor pool while snow flurries were falling-absolute bliss! The staff were super friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Plus, we enjoyed the delicious evening meals. Definitely coming back next year!

An excellent skiing holiday with my family, as we found the hotel to be in a picturesque setting with fantastic facilities. The staff were attentive, and we enjoyed fresh gourmet meals, including delicious ice cream for dessert. The rooms felt somewhat outdated , and the hotel could benefit from a modernization to reach its true potential. While the location is great for skiing, a bit more attention to room updates would enhance the stay further.

It was just an excellent fit for a brief pause in Rauris with great value for money. The boot room was ideally placed for quick access to the bus stop, making it easy to hit the slopes. Bring your own water bottle since they charge for tap water.

Had a great stay in a hotel with a buzzing bar and attentive staff. The food was delicious with enough variety to suit everyone's taste. Loved the swimming pool and sauna, which were always clean and offered a great view of the surroundings. The ski bus was punctual, and the ski storage area was conveniently located adjacent to the bus stop.

The pool area was a bit chilly, and the Jacuzzi was barely warm. The same went for the relaxation area, which was too cold to enjoy.
